db error

hi all,
my hardisk for the server was error. then i try to save the database using a
software tools. finnaly i can run the database. but sometimes the error is
found like this :
error: (location: recbase.cpp:1378
expression: m_offBeginVar < m_SizeRec
SPID: 56
Process ID: 1620 (01000)) attemping to access a record
from the TITIPD file. Returning to previous window.
what's wrong ? what must i do to solve this problem ?
using sql server 2000.
